Find Difference Hidden Spot may include virtual items, coins, or other forms of in-game currency ("Virtual Items").
No Real Value: Virtual Items have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for real-world money, goods, or services.
No Transferability: You cannot sell, transfer, or trade Virtual Items outside of the Game.
All Sales Final: Unless required by applicable law, all purchases of Virtual Items are final and non-refundable.

Impersonate any person or entity.
Interfere with or disrupt the servers or networks connected to the Game.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Game’s systems.

The Game, including all code, graphics, music, and text, is owned by BEPIC PTE.LTD. or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of your user-generated content (if any), but by submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, and display such content in connection with the Game.

The Game is hosted on TikTok. Your use of TikTok is governed by TikTok’s own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the actions or policies of TikTok.
Our Game may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., for support or advertisements). We are not liable for the content or privacy practices of those sites.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Game at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Company.
You may stop using the Game at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Game will cease immediately.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) to use the Game during the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.
